Gao Yingxin, Chairman

Gao Yingxin is Chairman of China Minsheng Bank and a member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). Before joining the bank, Mr. Gao served as a vice chairman of the board and chief executive of BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited and Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited from January 2018 to May 2020, an executive director and a vice president of Bank of China Limited (BOC) from December 2016, a vice president of BOC from February 2015, an executive director and a deputy chief executive of BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited and Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited from February 2005, president and chief operating officer of BOC International Holdings Limited from July 2004. He also worked for the BOC as a deputy general manager (in charge) then general manager of the corporate banking department, a deputy general manager of the credit business department, and a deputy director then director of the project division of the credit department II. Mr. Gao holds a Master's Degree and is a senior economist.

Liu Yonghao, Vice Chairman

Liu Yonghao is a Vice Chairman of China Minsheng Bank. Mr. Liu is also chairman and president of New Hope Group Co., Ltd., a director of New Hope Liuhe Co., Ltd., a member of the 14th National Committee of the CPPCC, chairman of the General Association of Sichuan Entrepreneurs, a vice chairman of China Association for Public Companies, and a promoter of China Guangcai Program. He served as a vice chairman of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee, a vice chairman of the Committee for Economic Affairs of the CPPCC National Committee, a deputy to the 12th National People’s Congress, honorary chairman of Sichuan Chamber of Industry and Commerce, a vice chairman of China Society for Promotion of the Guangcai Program, a vice chairman of China Feed Industry Association, and a vice chairman of China Association of Agricultural Leading Enterprises. Mr. Liu holds a college diploma and is a senior engineer.

Wang Xiaoyong, Vice Chairman and President

Wang Xiaoyong is a Vice Chairman and President of China Minsheng Bank. Before joining the bank, from September 2016 to February 2024, Mr. Wang had successively served as president of the Chongqing branch, general manager of the channel and operation management department, and president of the Sichuan branch of China Construction Bank. From June 2006 to September 2016, he had successively served as an assistant general manager of the risk monitoring and control department, a deputy general manager of the credit management department, a vice president of the Shandong branch and a vice president of the Gansu branch of China Construction Bank. From April 1996 to June 2006, he had successively worked at the audit department, the office of the risk and internal control management committee and the risk management department of China Construction Bank. Mr. Wang graduated from Beijing Normal University with a Bachelor’s Degree in 1991. Mr. Wang obtained his Master’s Degree in Accounting from the Central University of Finance and Economics in 1996, and his Ph.D. Degree in Management Science and Engineering from Tianjin University in 2013. He is a senior economist.

Li Bin, Executive Vice President and Board Secretary

Li Bin is an Executive Vice President and Secretary to the Board of Directors of China Minsheng Bank. In China Minsheng Bank, Ms. Li served as an Assistant President, President of Financial Markets Department, General Manager of Derivatives Product Department, a Deputy General Manager of Financial Institutions Department, and Division Director of Capital Division of International Business Department. Ms. Li holds a Ph.D Degree in Finance and is a senior economist.
