Wang Xiaoyong, Vice Chairman and President

Wang Xiaoyong is currently a Vice Chairman and President of China Minsheng Bank. Before joining the Bank, from September 2016 to February 2024, Mr. Wang had successively served as president of the Chongqing branch, general manager of the channel and operation management department, and president of the Sichuan branch of China Construction Bank. From June 2006 to September 2016, he had successively served as an assistant general manager of the risk monitoring and control department, a deputy general manager of the credit management department, a vice president of the Shandong branch and a vice president of the Gansu branch of China Construction Bank. From April 1996 to June 2006, he had successively worked at the audit department, the office of the risk and internal control management committee and the risk management department of China Construction Bank. Mr. Wang graduated from Beijing Normal University with a Bachelor’s Degree in 1991. Mr. Wang obtained his Master’s Degree in Accounting from the Central University of Finance and Economics in 1996, and his Ph.D. Degree in Management Science and Engineering from Tianjin University in 2013. He is a senior economist.

Zhang Juntong, Executive Director and Executive Vice President

Zhang Juntong is currently an Executive Director and an Executive Vice President of China Minsheng Bank. From February 2017 to March 2024, Mr. Zhang has served as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the Bank, an Employee Supervisor, and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee and a member of the Nomination and Examination Committee of the Board of Supervisors. Mr. Zhang graduated from Peking University with a Bachelor’s Degree in 1997, and obtained his Master’s Degree in World Economy from Peking University in 2000.

Shao Yaping, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee

Shao Yaping is currently Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of China Minsheng Bank. Before joining the Bank, Mr. Shao served as a member of the standing committee, secretary of the discipline inspection commission and director-general of the supervisory commission of the CPC Beijing Pinggu District Committee, a deputy director (division chief level), an inspection commissioner (deputy bureau chief level) then a deputy director-general of the inspection office of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, an assistant consultant of the district and county cadre division of the organization department of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, and a deputy head of the organization department of the CPC Beijing Shijingshan District Committee. Mr. Shao holds a Master's Degree.

Li Bin, Executive Vice President and Board Secretary

Li Bin is currently an Executive Vice President and Secretary of the Board of Directors of China Minsheng Bank. In China Minsheng Bank, Ms. Li used to serve as an Assistant President, President of the Financial Markets Department, General Manager of the Derivatives Business Department, a Deputy General Manager of the Financial Institutions Department, and Division Director of the Capital Division of the International Business Department. Ms. Li holds a Ph.D Degree in Finance and is a senior economist.

Lin Yunshan，Executive Vice President

Lin Yunshan is currently an Executive Vice President of China Minsheng Bank. In China Minsheng Bank, Mr. Lin used to serve as an Assistant President, General Manager of the Corporate Banking Department, Director of the Office of the Corporate Banking Management Committee, a Vice President of the Shenzhen Branch, a Division Director then an Assistant General Manager of the Corporate Banking Department. Before joining the Bank, he worked at the People’s Bank of China as a deputy principal staff member then a principal staff member of the accounting department, a principal staff member of the payment technology department and a principal staff member of the bank supervision department I. Mr. Lin holds a Master’s Degree and is an accountant.

Huang Hongri, Executive Vice President

Huang Hongri is currently an Executive Vice President of China Minsheng Bank. In China Minsheng Bank, Mr. Huang used to serve as General Manager of the Credit Approval Department, President of the Guangzhou Branch, General Manager of the Corporate Business Strategic Planning Department of the Corporate and Investment Banking SBU, General Manager of the Corporate Banking Department, President of the Nanning Branch, Marketing Director of the Energy Finance SBU, and Division Director of the Information and Planning Center of the Corporate Banking Department. Mr. Huang graduated from Hunan University of Finance and Economics with a Bachelor’s Degree in 1993, and obtained his Master’s Degree in International Finance from Hunan University in 2003.

Li Wenshi, Member of CPC China Minsheng Bank Committee

Li Wenshi is currently a member of the CPC China Minsheng Bank Committee and President of the Beijing Branch of the Bank. In China Minsheng Bank, Mr. Li used to serve as General Manager of the Strategic Clients Department and concurrently the Person in Charge of the Real Estate Finance Department, President of the Tianjin Branch, a Deputy General Manager (Person in Charge) of the Special Assets Department, a Deputy General Manager of the Group Finance SBU, a Deputy Director of Beijing Department Ⅱ, Marketing Director of Hohhot Department and then Senior Assistant to President of the Energy Finance SBU, and a Deputy General Manager (Person in Charge) of the Corporate Banking Management Department of the Taiyuan Branch. Before joining the Bank, Mr. Li worked at the International Investment and Trade Service Center of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Shanxi Provincial Committee and Beijing Dadu Law Firm. Mr. Li obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Shanxi University in 1998 and his EMBA Degree from Tsinghua University in 2011.

Zhang Bin, Chief Information Officer

Zhang Bin is currently Chief Information Officer of China Minsheng Bank. Before joining the Bank, Mr. Zhang used to work at Ping An Bank as the chief information officer, at Zhongyuan Bank as a member of the preparatory team, a vice president and chief information officer and an executive director, and at CITIC Bank as an assistant general manager, a deputy general manager (in charge), general manager, and the technical director of the IT department. He also worked at China Merchants Bank as an engineer, a manager, an assistant general manager, and then a deputy general manager of the IT department of the Beijing branch. Mr. Zhang holds a Master’s Degree.

Gong Zhijian, Business Director and Chairman of Trade Union

Gong Zhijian is currently Business Director and Chairman of the Trade Union of China Minsheng Bank. In China Minsheng Bank, Mr. Gong used to serve as General Manager of the Human Resources Department, President of the Chengdu Branch, General Manager of the Development Planning Department, Director of the Human Resources Management Division, Director of the Remuneration and Compensation Management Division, and an Assistant General Manager then a Deputy General Manager of the Human Resources Department, and General Manager of the Human Resources Department of the Shenzhen Branch. Mr. Gong obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Hunan Normal University in 1991, and his MBA Degree and Ph.D. Degree in Business Administration from Wuhan University in 2006 and 2014.
